I have been fortunate to train with Holly for several years - starting as a stressed, desk-bound professional and now a happily retired man who enjoys playing sport and trekking in wild places. Much of my ability to do the physical things I enjoy is down to Holly. She is always technically excellent in her training and responds to my changing needs almost without my noticing. I know she keeps her technical skills up to scratch through rigorous professional training and research and I doubt if there is anything relevant about physical training, physiology, diet (and a lot of other things) that she doesn’t know. But more important than all this - Holly is a lovely young woman. She’s a delight to be with and makes even the toughest exercise sessions something to be eagerly anticipated and enjoyed.

My exercise is mostly running and I felt I needed additional help with strength and toning. The combination is really great. Since starting I feel my stamina has definitely improved. Having a trainer helps to focus the mind and really get the best out of each session plus I feel safer knowing someone is checking that I'm doing the exercises correctly. Each week is challenging and I feel we are pushing to another level, which is so satisfying.
